Compromised running, on tired legs, against the eight Hyrox stations. We're an official Hyrox training facility - we own the sleds, the sandbags and the spec wall balls. Race a sim every fourth week.
Squat, press, deadlift, clean - four lifts, twelve weeks, written against your last test day. Tempo work in week two, doubles in week six, singles in week ten. A coach will spot every PR. Bring chalk.

Good. Strength runs an Onramp every two weeks - four sessions, £0 if you're on the trial week. By the end you'll squat, hinge, press and clean with a coach watching every rep.
If you can jog 5km without stopping, you're fit enough for our Hyrox class. The sim is harder. We coach pacing, transitions and station spec - come along, we'll scale on the day.

Tell the coach at the door, every visit, every time. Dr. Patel runs a free 15-minute physio screen with every annual membership and a discounted one with monthly. We modify, never just substitute.
