Eight courses, as they arrive.

The menu changes with the tide and what the market keeps. What follows is tonight’s sequence - held loosely, served precisely.

    Amuse - oyster, finger lime, gin

    Galician oyster, finger-lime pearls, juniper gel, a single dill flower.

    Sourdough crisp, smoked tomato water, Sant Vicenç oil, sea salt.

    Burrata - stone fruit, basil oil

    Andria burrata, charred peach, basil-oil emulsion, aged balsamic.

    Ember - langoustine, koji butter

    Langoustine grilled over olive wood, koji butter, lemon-verbena ash.

    Hand-cut tagliatelle, brown butter

    Yolk-rich pasta, brown butter, twelve-year Parmigiano, black truffle.

§ 02  ·  THE CHEF

Mireia Roca cooks for twelve people, twice a night.

Mireia trained at Disfrutar and Mugaritz, opened Maison Noir on Carrer Provença in 2019 with her brother Pau on the floor, and earned a second star in 2023. She still breaks down every fish that comes through the door.

“The menu is the season talking. We’re here to listen, not to interrupt. If a langoustine comes in two hours late, the room waits. The room always waits.”

§ 03  ·  THE ROOM

A counter, a fire, a cellar.

Twelve seats around a single oak counter. An open kitchen with a wood-burning hearth. A wine cellar carved into the building’s original cistern.

§ 04  ·  THE CHEF’S TABLE

Four seats. One pass.

Four guests sit directly at the pass, opposite Mireia and the brigade. An extended twelve-course menu cooked plate-by-plate in front of you, with a paired flight from the reserve cellar. One seating, 19:30, Wednesday through Saturday.

Reserve a counter seat.

Two seatings nightly, Tuesday through Saturday. Books open 60 days in advance. A €100 per-person deposit holds the table; refundable up to 72 hours before service.
