We teach the things that work, slowly. Pilates on twelve Balanced Body reformers. Yoga in the soft second room. Breathwork at first light, twice a week. Every class is small. Every teacher knows your name by the third visit.

Four pairs of hands, one room.

Every teacher on the schedule has six years on a reformer or fifteen on a mat. Two have a clinical pilates background. None of them will tell you to feel your spine like a string of pearls.

A room, not a brand.

Two rooms above the arches in London Fields. North-facing glass, cork floor, twelve reformers, no music in the main room. We don't sell merch. We don't post your workout to Instagram.

You'll feel the shape before you see it. We promise that's the better order.

Just the springs, the breath, and a teacher you can actually hear.

Twelve, never thirteen.

Class size is the practice. We cap at twelve so the teacher can still adjust every spring, every set.

A long warm-up.

Twelve minutes before anyone touches a foot bar. The session is better, and so is the morning after.
