A weathered-shingle house set into the dune grass, with a private boardwalk that runs straight down to the Wellfleet flats - where the tide goes out for what feels like a mile and comes back warm. Wide glass on the water side, a screened porch for the no-see-um hours, and an outdoor shower that’s somehow the best part of the whole place.
Inside: an open kitchen built for a crowd, a long farm table, and four bedrooms that each catch the morning differently. Sand in the entryway is non-negotiable and, frankly, the point.
