How byPeach Studio collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us. Written in plain English, no boilerplate, no surprises.
What we collect
When you brief a project, sign a quote, or write in via the contact form, we collect the details you choose to share. That usually includes your name, business name, email, phone number, website, brief notes, brand assets, and anything you attach to a message.
When you browse bypeach.studio, our hosting and analytics tools log standard, non-identifying signals: page paths, referrer, approximate region, device class, and the timestamps of requests. We do not run advertising trackers.
When you become a client, we keep the working files, copy, photography, and invoices required to deliver and support your project.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver design and development work, send invoices, and provide ongoing support and hosting where you have asked us to.
To improve the studio. Aggregate, non-identifying traffic data helps us understand which pages, templates, and case studies are useful.
To meet legal and accounting obligations, including tax records under Indian law.
How we store and share it
Project files are stored in standard cloud tooling (Google Workspace, GitHub, AWS, Figma, and similar) under accounts controlled by byPeach. We use strong passwords and two-factor authentication where the provider supports it.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We only share what is strictly necessary with the vendors that help us operate, such as payment processors and email providers, and only for the purpose of delivering the service you have engaged us for.
If a project requires us to handle data on your behalf (for example a contact form submission on your live site), the data belongs to you. We will configure storage and access according to what you agree with us in writing.
How long we keep it
Active project files are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months, so that we can support live sites and reference past decisions.
Financial records (invoices, contracts) are kept for at least 8 years to meet Indian statutory requirements.
You can ask us to delete anything that is not legally required to retain. We will confirm in writing once it is done.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@bypeach.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
You can opt out of any non-essential email from us at any time by replying with the word "unsubscribe", or by clicking the link in the footer of marketing mail.
Your browser can refuse cookies. The site will continue to work; some analytics signals will not be collected.
Children
byPeach.studio is a business-to-business service. It is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the studio evolves. The date at the top of this page is the latest revision. If a change materially affects how we treat your information, we will reach out by email to clients with active engagements.
